Find freedom from your inner critic, today. It’s time! I had a conversation with my awesome friend @hannileefish_themindfullawyer this afternoon. Within it, I shared about hearing my inner critic’s voice and how it feels when she speaks 😩.

I know my critic is present when my heart grips and my belly feels to be dragging in the dirt. #minging #feeling

For all my years of spiritual practice, I can’t say my inner critic has gone. What I can say is that I’ve learned to know that what she speaks is BS. I always intend to be kind to my inner critic; to acknowledge that she’s trying to take care of me, the best way she knows how. AND I always intend to remember that she speaks BULL! Any thoughts that feel like poop in your body Are Not The Truth. The TRUTH is you truly can do ANYTHING. . At this time on Earth, it’s important that you open to remembering this. It’s time for you to fly your rainbow truth and allow the rocket fuel of your soul to flow. Your awesomeness is undeniable, no matter what. The magic of the world (still, largely untapped) is present and beckoning you. Walls aren’t really solid, everything is possible and the critic in your head lies.

You’re made of the same stuff that spins the planets, tides the seas and grows mountains.

You’re here to live your fiery truth, strong as Earth. You’re here to root into your own knowing, so deeply, that no matter what’s going on around you, you can see-feel your way forward. The question, Dear One, is ‘are you ready to stop believing what the fear-voice says?’.

Challenges come and go – they’re part of life. And you’re reading this post for a reason. Challenges get to be your points of triumph. Do you know the number of times I’ve watched my hands slacken and head droop as my thoughts say ‘oh ooohkay – I guess I am a loser then’… ?! Many! This is part of the game – notice those thoughts and know they’re not true. The challenges in your life are your opportunity for the MOST MAGIC. For the transformation, the softening into miracles. They’re a space for you to hold your own hand – firmer than ever and remind yourself that you’ve got this. You’re here for fiery integrity, strong as the Earth. You’re here to root into your own knowing, so securely, that no matter what’s going on around you – you can see-feel your way with diamond-vision.

Integrity. That’s you in alignment with your soul; you doing what you’re TRULY here for. That which makes your heart wiggle with fireworks. No matter what age you are, no matter where you’re at or what’s going on – it’s time for your truth. For what really know feels good in your body. And for you to let go of the other shizzle. The doing things to please others, the believing in the BS fear based thinking of the world.

What’s the truth as spoken by the love in your body?

Block points that aren’t really blocks. They can’t be. Nothings actually solid in this universe. When your mind says there’s an insurmountable problem – that’s time to take a breath, notice the thought and remember it isn’t true. You can do this. You came to do this. You were made for these times. .
