During my programs you will receive support from me - Ellie Paskell - certified Somatic Soul Coach, mindfulness based pain and stress management teacher and creative. 

​

The trainings and credentials I have are only part of what I bring to the space.

When I support you  - what's present is life experience.

The past sixteen years have seen me follow my body to healing and freedom through the initiations of what can be called post traumatic stress disorder, chronic fatigue and  kundalini awakening.

​

During this time, I've taken years away from modern society to listen and heal my body and now I support others to tread their own unique paths, as guided by their felt sense.
