What a Wonderful World…

Having lead a mindfulness session, today, at @rochdalecouncil ’s Childhood Obesity Summit, I felt blessed and full of appreciation for the world we live in and the love it holds.

Yes life has its challenges and, at the same time, it’s filled with people who want to improve the lives of others and this, to me, is beautiful.

Making my Film in Flow 

So, now I think about it, there was a little of what I could call ‘work’ this weekend… but it doesn’t feel that way when it happens in flow.

Which, my sweet, is the point… the whole point of how and why I’m making my film in my radical way. My magical radical wondrous way of:
