Loving on the light. .
Spending time in womb-like spaces seems to be my thing ATM. First the ReTreat at HOME and now this awesome beech tree. .
Low to the ground, shaded by its limbs I crawled, sat, meditated and marvelled at wonder of life. Amongst all of everything, there’s stillness and beauty to be found. Though my mind may want to move and shake and point out ‘what’s scary’ the truth is things are miraculous. .
There’s the Earth and sky, stars and moons, seas, humans and heart beats. There’s love and cake and presence and breathing. There’s me and you and touch and hugs and words and silence. .
Love to you, right now. Whoever and wherever you may be. .
