Sessions are designed to be warm, safe space which honours the needs of your body.

They may include you being supported to:

• Soothe and release the patterns of fear have been playing out in your system

• Discover how to meet your body's needs and what's required for your energy to flow

• Open to new possibilities in your life as you journey with your experience in a fresh way

Rescheduling:  If you need to reschedule a session, I ask for 48 hours notice please. I will always attempt, in good faith, to reschedule a session but cannot guarantee this if less than 48 hours notice are provided.
