Sessions with me are designed to be a warm, safe space which honours the needs of your body. They may include you being supported to:

Discover how to meet your body's needs 
Intellectually and emotionally process your awakening
 
 
RESCHEDULING: 
If you need to reschedule a session, I ask for 48 hours notice, please. I will always attempt, in good faith, to reschedule a session but cannot guarantee this, if less than 48 hours notice are provided.
