I understand that sometimes life intervenes and sessions need to be rescheduled.  If you need to reschedule, I ask for 48 hours notice, please. I will always attempt, in good faith, to reschedule a session but cannot guarantee this if less than 48 hours notice are provided.

If a face to face session is cancelled within 24 hours, a £5 cancellation fee will be charged.
